This article caught my eye as weight loss is a very common goal for many of us as we go forward into the new year. If you have embarked on a weight-loss endeavour but you are finding it difficult, especially with levels of motivation, then it might be worth taking a look at this new study.
The study looked at a simple, yet what they found to be a very effective tool for motivation; keeping a photo diary which clearly showed the participant changing overtime.
