A little bit about the day
A day just for you with Eileen Fisher and Sue Antrobus. We are therapists passionate about empowering women to make the most out of life.
Come along and be you
The day will be friendly, informal and productive. We will be a small group of no more than 12. As well as working on your own, there will be opportunities to get to know and chat with your fellow course members if you wish to. Just come along and be you!
In the morning session, we will be reflecting on our lives as they are now; what is going well and what parts of your life would you like to change or develop. We’ll also be looking at what matters to you; what are your values and how do your values inform your life at the moment.
After lunch, we’ll use what you discovered from the morning session to help you move forward into the new year. What’s your vision for 2020? How will you commit to yourself? What will daily life look like so that you can make and sustain that vision?

We met and became firm friends while on our four-year psychotherapy training. We are both qualified psychotherapists working in private practice, and now we also work together running workshops to support women in daily life and the workplace.
When we create and run the workshops, we bring our experience as psychotherapists as well as our life and working experience.
Sue was a senior manager, is a qualified coach, a registered nurse and has a Diploma in Transactional Analysis Counselling.
Eileen was a lecturer, is a qualified nutritionist and has a Diploma in Transactional Analysis Counselling and a UKATA Diploma in Transactional Analysis Practice.
