How do you know when you have had enough to eat? Is it your stomach or your brain that tells you you are full?

In this article, the BBC has collated research to try to get some answers to these questions. Portion sizes, the types of food you eat and what tableware you use all can have an influence on us. Who you eat with and whether you eat at a table chatting to others or alone with your plate on your lap in front of the TV  also has a significant effect.  Test your knowledge of calories and portion sizes too by having a go at their quizzes.
